Returns & Refunds

1. Items Eligible for Return

• Item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
• All original tags are still attached
• Item is in its original packaging
• Return is requested within 7 days of the delivery date
• Item was not a sale/discounted product

2. Items NOT Eligible for Return

• Sale items, clearance, or items purchased with a discount code
• Undergarments, socks, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
• Accessories (headbands, shoes, bags)
• Items that have been washed, worn, or altered
• Items with removed tags or damaged original packaging
• Items returned after the 7-day window

3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Refund Methods

• Bank Transfer: Refund credited to your provided bank account within 3–5 business days after return inspection.
• Store Credit: Choose store credit and get an additional 5% bonus on top of your refund amount.
• Exchange: Swap for a different size or colour — shipping for the replacement is on us.
• COD orders are refunded via bank transfer only (provide your bank details when requesting a return).

5. Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product) — we cover the return shipping cost.
• If the return is due to a change of mind or sizing issue — the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
• We recommend using TCS or Leopards with tracking for all returns.

6. Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a free return pickup and send the correct item or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
