Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
Free Exchange
Exchange for a different size or colour at no extra cost
1. Items Eligible for Return
- Item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original tags are still attached
- Item is in its original packaging
- Return is requested within 7 days of the delivery date
- Item was not a sale/discounted product
2. Items NOT Eligible for Return
- Sale items, clearance, or items purchased with a discount code
- Undergarments, socks, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Accessories (headbands, shoes, bags)
- Items that have been washed, worn, or altered
- Items with removed tags or damaged original packaging
- Items returned after the 7-day window
3. How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us
WhatsApp or email us with your order number and reason for return.

Approval
We'll review and send a return approval with shipping instructions within 24 hours.

Ship the Item
Pack securely and drop off at your nearest courier branch. Share the tracking number with us.

Refund / Exchange
Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or ship the exchange within 3–5 business days.
4. Refund Methods
- Bank Transfer: Refund credited to your provided bank account within 3–5 business days after return inspection.
- Store Credit: Choose store credit and get an additional 5% bonus on top of your refund amount.
- Exchange: Swap for a different size or colour — shipping for the replacement is on us.
- COD orders are refunded via bank transfer only (provide your bank details when requesting a return).
5. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product) — we cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or sizing issue — the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- We recommend using TCS or Leopards with tracking for all returns.
6. Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a free return pickup and send the correct item or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
