1. Ordering & Payment

• All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of payment.
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfers, and online payments.
• Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or suspected fraud.
• For COD orders, please have the exact amount ready upon delivery.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• Standard delivery: 3–5 business days across Pakistan.
• Express delivery: 1–2 business days (additional charges apply).
• Free shipping on orders above Rs. 5,000.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or remote areas.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies after dispatch.

3. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original packaging.
• Items must have original tags attached.
• Sale items, undergarments, and accessories are non-returnable.
• Exchange requests are processed within 3–5 business days.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose.
• You may not attempt to harm, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Bulk purchasing for resale purposes requires prior written approval.
• Coupon and promotional code misuse will result in order cancellation.
